80's Slashers - Part II

80's Slashers - Part II
(1985-1989)

| Part I | Part II |

________________________________________________________________________

100+ Slasher Movies and Counting...

The 80's are generally regarded as being the golden age of the slasher genre. So with that being said;

TOO SCARY 2 WATCH now presents a list of 80's Slasher horror films (arranged by year) that we believe may be worth checking out if you love slasher flicks like we do. The list (divided into two parts) will continue to be updated over the next several months, until we've reached the targeted goal of 200 movies.

It can be argued whether some of the movies on the list are actually slasher movies (depending on ones definition of Slasher) ... nevertheless, we've provided a variety of slasher horror films, some that definitely fit the slasher criteria, along with others that may be open for interpretation.

So with versatility in mind, we've done our best to create a list consisting of good slashers, popular slashers, underrated slashers, sleezy slashers, B-slashers, campy slashers, supernatural slashers, giallo slashers, and even some of the really lame slashers as well.
________________________________________________________________________
Disclaimer

Some of the movies on the list, in our opinion, aren't necessarily good movies, but were chosen to be included for a variety of different reasons.

Thanks and enjoy!
