Suspense Thriller: - These are the types of movies (based on a certain degree of realism) known to promote intense excitement, suspense, a high level of anticipation, ultra-heightened expectation, uncertainty, anxiety, and nerve-wracking tension. These movies tend to be a cross between two or more categories ... typically a psychological thriller and something else (slasher, breakdown, trapped, teen scream) and do not contain any supernatural elements. IMDB often gives these types of movies the "Thriller" label.
